WHAT IS INCLUDED?

These sessions include mind-body healing and energy medicine combined with epi-genetics sports energy medicine.

Sessions offer great support for your mind and body as you plan your return to the court or field. Work directly with Laura M Wilde, certified practitioner. 

This package includes 3-4 sports energy medicine sessions per month plus Holistic Return to Play Protocols.

Sessions are remote or in person. This package also includes a custom personalized paraliminal mp3 for re-training your brain and body.
