Sports Consciousness is the New Gold 🥇 Standard

Sports Consciousness (SC) is not a technique. It's not a mindset hack. It's not mental performance wrapped in a new label. Sports Consciousness is a multidimensional approach to human development through sport. I wrote about it in my book, The Cosmic Athlete (2018).

SC recognizes that athletes are not just physical beings. Humans are made up of five interwoven layers: the physical body, the emotional body, the mental body, the Supramental (higher intelligence), and the cosmic or spiritual body. When these five bodies are aligned, an athlete goes beyond just a focus on their performance but begins to focus on how they evolve as a human.

Sports Consciousness (SC) is the space where zone training meets soul training. It builds on the foundation of traditional sport psychology—which does help athletes with mindset, focus, and performance goals—but SC goes further. While sport psychology often centers on outcomes and cognitive tools, Sports Consciousness addresses the athlete as a whole being across five dimensions. Mental performance is important, but on its own, it’s incomplete. The athlete’s journey is not just performance-based—it’s infinite, personal, and profoundly energetic.

In Sports Consciousness, we work in a multi-faceted way. Beyond preparing an athlete to win the game, we help them become the kind of person who elevates everyone around them—on the court, in the locker room, and in the world. I believe this is the next evolution of elite performance: one rooted in alignment, self-awareness, and frequency.

An athlete in Sports Consciousness becomes a force of coherence. They can regulate the energy of the team. They embody presence. They know when to lead and when to let others lead. Their success isn’t just measured in stats—it’s measured in the ripples they create. Their physical body—through raising their frequency—stays healthier.

Inspired by mentors and teachers like George Mumford, Dr. David Hawkins, Dr. Jean Houston, Dr. Deepak Chopra, Dr. Joe Dispenza, Dr. Bruce Lipton, Dr. Michael Beckwith, Dr. John Veltheim, and Dr. Laura Stuve—and influenced by the practices that shaped champions under Phil Jackson—Sports Consciousness is the result of deep study, direct mentorship, and personal connection. I’ve had the honor of meeting each of these pioneers in person. I’ve learned from them, hugged them, and felt their presence. That matters. Their influence lives within the fabric of this work. It’s important for me to share my mentors and teachers—none of us figure this out alone, and lineage matters.

Sports Consciousness is the future of high-level training. And for some of us, it’s already been the present for a very long time., Sports Consciousness is the future of high-level training. And for some of us, it’s already been the present for a very long time.
